Last week was hands down was one of the sweetest times of my life. It was Drew + Stephanie's wedding week, and it was absolute honor and joy to play a part in the celebration.
The wedding took place at a private backyard. I tell ya, it was legitimately the most beautiful and perfect venue for their wedding. It was rustic, charming, intimate, and so welcoming. I have no idea how Stephanie planned everything while working full time- she's amazing! She literally did not forget any detail, and everything came together so flawlessly.
Our sweet Steph unfortunately wasn't feeling too great the few days leading up to the wedding, but she rallied and was so joyful. She was so excited to marry Drew, and no amount of sickness could hide that. I am so excited that she is now my sister! Been waiting too long for this :)
I just wanted to share a few images I took from this last week's festivities on my Iphone (& a few from my big camera) -- I posted a few of these photos over on my instagram
.....but I didn't want to be too overwhelming, so I thought I should do a blog post about it!
Just wanted to say a special thank you to Chadwick, the videographer; and Tracy, the photographer. They were the most incredible team, and we were all so thrilled with them! We can't wait to get images and video back -- thank you so much, you two!

Friday night we celebrated Stephanie at her bachelorette party -- dinner in Pasadena made for a sweet girl's night out.

the day before the wedding, my parents and I headed down to the flower mart in LA to buy flowers for the rehearsal dinner. I could shop at this place each day, it is so fun!

Not to mention my parents celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary! They are such an incredible example of a thriving marriage- so thankful!
C'mon, how cute is my brother?
Stephanie, her sister Lindsay (her MOH), and I went to get our makeup done for the rehearsal. So fun to get out and relax for a bit before everything started! Plus we got Steph some treats at Whole Foods to nurse her back to health :-)
My mom seriously outdid herself with planning the rehearsal dinner!
Seriously such a joy to be a groomsman and a bridesmaid - one of the sweetest things i've done with Nick // We were honored to stand alongside Drew + Steph and support them!

A few details of the rehearsal...

You may have noticed the cups in the photo above this one. I made them last week following the creative genius-ness of Melinda Welch :: her blog has a tutorial for them here!

Plus we celebrated my dad's birthday! May is a month full of celebrations for us! :)

I've been waiting years to change Stephanie's contact info in my phone...finally was able to do so!
Her sister Molly made for the sweetest flower girl :)
Again, the creativity of Melinda blows my mind. She handcrafted each flower in Steph's bouquet with notes that Drew had written Steph! Sweet right?
I will always treasure this image. Nick on the left, Drew on the right. My two favorite boys.

I love this shot. I noticed the groomsmen praying just moments before we all walked down the aisle. I shot it through the window of the bridal room, fighting back my tears!
And they are off! In the middle of enjoying a ten day trip to Maui!
Congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs!
